Description
Tarz is a generic term that literally means “rule, manner, or way.” In Ostad Elahi’s repertoire, it refers to a category of ancient mystical melodies. Filled with nostalgia, this air invites introspection and a return to oneself. Tarz-e-Yārī (Tarz of the Companions of the Beloved) is composed of seven parts. The first part was transmitted to Ostad by his father, Hādj Nematollāh.
